I understand that sometimes, items you purchase are simply not right for your environment. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the item or exchange it for something else. 

Products eligible for return / exchange:

Products eligible for return / exchange include items in original, new, uninstalled condition with all original parts.

All products must arrive in new, resellable condition to receive a refund or exchange.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

A return for an item must be initiated within 10 days of delivery by contacting me via email.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (including insurance) and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. If return labels are provided, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Table Lamps & Floor Lamps: Once removed, they can be difficult to safely repackage into their original box. An additional package may be required at the buyers expense. 

Products not eligible for return/exchange:
Custom and built-to-order items.

Orders shipped outside the United States

Products that have been assembled or installed

Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)

Any claims for delivery damages must be reported within 3 days to qualify for an exchange. Please include images of the damage, including any damage to the packaging caused during delivery, along with your order number for reference.

For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all original boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
