Each lamp is handmade to order, just for you. Because every piece is custom-crafted in my workshop, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGES
Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact me immediately at:
Any claims for delivery damages must be reported within 3 days to qualify for an exchange. Please include images of the damage, including any damage to the packaging caused during delivery, along with your order number for reference.
For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all original boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
